We understand that plans may change unexpectedly, and this policy ensures a fair and structured process for cancellations, amendments, and refunds. Cancellation Policy
Vehicle Reservation & Deposit Terms

To confirm your booking, 30% of the total package amount is collected as a deposit.

The deposit reserves your vehicle for the selected date and time.

All cancellation charges apply only to the deposit, not the full booking amount.
Free & Chargeable Cancellation Window

Free cancellation is permitted up to 7 days before your travel date.

If your rental period is less than 7 days, you may cancel with minimal charges up to 48 hours before the service begins.

Cancellations or amendments made within 48 hours will incur a 100% cancellation fee on the deposit.
No-Show Policy
A booking is considered a No Show when:

No prior cancellation notice is provided.

The traveller fails to report due to any reason.

Required documents are not presented at the time of service.
Important:
- Informing unauthorized individuals does not count as valid cancellation.
- All updates must be communicated directly to our official office contact.
- No-show bookings may result in full forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellation After Vehicle Departure

If you cancel after the vehicle leaves our garage, a cancellation fee will be charged.

If you do not show up at the reporting point, cancellation charges apply as per policy.
Hotel Booking Policy
Once a hotel is booked and confirmed by you:

Hotel booking charges are strictly non-refundable.

Hotel cancellations follow the hotel’s own policy, which often does not allow refunds.
Refund Policy
Refunds apply only to the deposit amount and are processed based on when the cancellation request is received.
Refund Deduction Timeline

More than 28 days before travel:
25% of the deposit will be deducted. -
Between 28 days and 48 hours before travel:
50% of the deposit will be deducted. -
Less than 48 hours before travel:
100% of the deposit will be charged (no refund applicable).
