What are the booking terms?
- Booking: a 50% advance confirms your day; the balance is paid before or at the start of the trip.
- Fare: covers the AC car, driver, fuel and parking. The written fare you confirm is the fare you pay.
- Paid on the day: entry tickets, meals and personal expenses.
- Cancellation: 25% of the fare if you cancel 7 or more days before travel; the full fare if less than 7 days before.
- Changes on the day: if traffic, weather or a closure affects a stop, your coordinator tells you and offers another before the driver changes the plan.
- Vehicles: confirmed at booking, subject to availability.
Chennai city tour by bus or by private car?
For families and anyone travelling with elders, a private car is the better choice. Chennai’s government sightseeing bus follows a fixed route and timetable, shared with other travellers. A private car runs on your own clock: pickup from your door, the stops you choose, time at each temple, and a car where elders can rest between stops.
